Grant Wood AEA - Going Google Apps

Over the next few months, we will begin the process of moving to "Google Apps." You may be wondering, we already use Google Apps? Well, for the past 18 months, many of our staff have been utilizing Google tools in what we call the public domain (

Google Apps

Google Apps is a system that gives us more control over our data, users, and tools that we utilize from Google. We will still be using popular tools such as Sites, Docs, and Calendar, but Google Apps will give us a more organized feel to how we use these tools in an organizational setting. We have recorded a webinar to help explain this process. Please take a few minutes to watch the webinar.

We will continue to communicate the advantages of Google Apps, as well as, what you can do to make the transition smooth. We are very excited about this move for our agency!

If you have more questions, contact Andy Crozier, coordinator of digital learning technology, (
