is prohibited.

The Roy J. Carver Charitable Trust is providing funding support for the program as a media partnership, and the coverage area basically includes the broadcast coverage area of the participating TV stations, which covers most but not all of the state of Iowa.

This program, then, is licensed solely for use within the service area of:
AEA 1, 3, 4, 5
AEA 8 (including Marshalltown and Cedar Falls but excluding former AEA 2)
AEA 10, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 16.

Three areas are excluded from this coverage:
All of AEA 9 and 12.
The former Northern Trails-Clear Lake AEA 2.
